The flat comprises two bedrooms with ample space for two adults and two children (or any other combination of up to 4 people), a kitchen fitted with all the mod-cons necessary to ensure that you're not that far from the necessities of home-life, a utility room that has a washing machine and storage space (for cleaning materials), a living space with television (not that you'll want to watch it - there's no satellite TV here).

One of the best features of the flat is that it has a great terrace on which to pass those long, hot summer evenings after a long work-out on the beach. While the kids take a well earned swim in the pool under the watchful eye of a muscle-bound lifeguard, others can take a relaxing G&T listening to the sounds of the night.

The flat is located in a protected and secure urbanisation close to the famous beaches of Vera and Mojácar. In the same urbanisation there is a well appointed supermarket, cafe, shop that sells international press and estate agent for those who feel that they have to live there forever (something that might happen!).

Apart from this there are two communal swimming pools protected, during certain hours (check the board next to the pool) by a lifeguard.

Not far from the urbanisation is the historic town of Mojácar, a favourite with those who want to experience lazy days and gret views and there's just about every activity on offer either here or within striking distance including a high-quality golf-course and mountains for those who need a bit of exercise to burn off the calories from the marvellous 'chiringuitos' or beach cafes.
