How to Advertise your Property |

In this climate, it's probably not a bad idea to have as many alternatives to advertise your property as possible. Oleonline provides an economic way to give you a fully illustrated advert that is easy to implement. All you have to do is follow these simple instructions:
1. Enter your user details and / or register as a user to enjoy the benefits of the services of oleonline and to enter your private control panel.
2. Select the option 'Property Advert' in your private user menu.
3. The property form will appear where you can fill in the details of the property to advertise.
4. Fill in all the property details including where it is, the address, the standard, what type of sale it is (sale outright, hire, etc) and give it a title, for example, 'Holiday flat in Valencia near the Beach':
5. Fill in the property details including:
1. Description of the property. Here you should include all the details you can think to sell your property; its strong points and its weak points. You should be as honest as possible.
2. Theneighbourhood - what's around? is there, for example, a communal swimming pool or a swimming school, trekking etc.
3. The condition of the property including its state of preservation and whether or not it needs repairs etc. Remember that the potential purchaser wants to hear good things about the property but also wants to be sure that he or she's getting what is actually advertised.
4. Are there any other things you'd like to mention? You could use this part to really sell the property. Do you know what the kids can do if it rains? How far is it to the beach or the golf course? What're the medical services or transport services like? Use your imagination to sell the property.
6. One of the things that's really useful with this service is that you can link it to the article abuo the village or town where it's located. For example, if it's near Mojacar, you can link it to the article about Mojacar in our database of towns and villages. And, if you think the article isn't brilliant or even isn't there (!) you can send us another to really put emphasis on your ideas.
7. At any moment you should save your work and we advise you to do it frequently. You can either save it or click on 'Apply' to ensure that what you have done isn't lost. Until you have saved your property you cannot fully use the service but remember, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL YOU CHOOSE TO PUBLISH YOUR ADVERT. Once you have saved your work, you can resume it again at any time. It's important to save your property anyway as you won't be able to upload photographs until that's done.
8. Fill in all the information about your property that you can including all the financial information. In order to fully use the Googlemaps facility it's also important that the address is completely filled in, including the postcode if you have it.
9. The moment to upload the photos has arrived. Click on the tab 'photos' and then 'Gallery'. A tip here is to have your photos ready before you do this. The standard size is 600px x 450 px and you can upload up to a whopping 12 of them for the same price!
10. Once you click here, the screen to upload your photos will appear.
11. When you clck on 'Visualizar' you can see the photos you've uploaded to either revise them or delete them. YOU MUST SAVE YOUR PROPERTY AGAIN BEFORE YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE THE UPLOADED PHOTOGRAPHS ON YOUR ADVERT.
12. Now you can add the property to the google map. This should happen automatically if you have added in the correct address deails. Check that the map details are correct.
REMEMBER TO SAVE YOUR PROPERTY DETAILS FREQUENTLY.
13. In order that your property appears in the search engines such as GOOGLE, it's always handy to fill in some keywords in the part that says METATAGS. Click this tab and insert your metatags and meta information. Things such as 'house by the beach' 'flat in centre of Vera' etc. should do it:

15. Now is the moment to decide to publish your advert or not. When you save your advert you'll notice that a 'ticket' appears next to it. This describes the actual state of your advert - whether it's published or not. If you decide to publish the advert click on the banner 'PUBLISH'.
16. The next screen will inform you of the rules that apply for publications on oleonline.com. Even though your advert will appear automatically so that you can edit it etc, it will remain subject to our terms and conditions of trading. Please read these rules carefully. Then click 'siguiente / next'.
17. You will then move to the screen where you provide us with your personal details and agree to the sale and contract conditions.
18. Fill in the details as requested.
19. To pay for the advert you will need a ticket or code number that is provided via our secure server using the service provided by Allopass.com. You won't have to give US any financial details at all:
The price for an advert is 10€ for 6 months
20. Follow the instructions provided by Allopass.
21. Once payment is made your advert will be published and you can alter it or update it whilst it's active.
